I want everyone leaving class feeling like they were the baddest, hottest version of themselves and got to let go of their troubles in the process.

    My Why:
There’s nothing more powerful than witnessing someone step into their strength — and getting to celebrate those wins with them.

I love that it’s not just about the wins but about what you learn through the real struggle and failures. I’m grateful I get to help others find that version of themselves too - through humility, community and resilience.

The journey of all of us growing together and watching each person evolve, is the most rewarding part of it. —and let's be honest, I always wanted to be one of the Coyote Ugly girls. This was the closest thing to it.
