Having played sports my whole life, fitness has always been my source for true human connection. Where people come together and grow in ways they didn’t know they could. I love that it’s not just about the wins but about what you learn through the real struggle and failures. I’m grateful I get to help others find that version of themselves too - through humility, community and resilience.

My Why:
My practice is rooted in curiosity, variety and a deep love for discovering new ways to connect with the body. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and ski racer, fitness was always an integral part of my routine. After starting university, my schedule made it hard to maintain a regular cadence of movement. After discovering spin in 2023, it was my gateway back into fitness and I now can’t imagine life without it!

Learning the Pilates method was a game-changer for me in my fitness journey, and I want my clients to fall in love with it, just as much as I did. I teach to help people reconnect with their best selves through mind-body connection and to create a space where movement feels like an act of self-compassion, not perfection.

My Why:
Becoming an instructor was such an athletic challenge, that sharing this passion with a room full of people, (especially those just starting off) is so meaningful to me. The journey of all of us growing together and watching each person evolve, is the most rewarding part of it. —and let's be honest, I always wanted to be one of the Coyote Ugly girls. This was the closest thing to it.
