REFORMER PILATES
Reformer pilates, two ways,
The Align Room is home to our Reformer Pilates studio, offering two distinct class styles built around the same core method. Our Classical Reformer Pilates classes stay true to the original method, focused on control, alignment, and core strength through intentional sequencing. Our Sculpt Reformer Pilates classes bring a more contemporary spin: creative flows, added props, and an extra burn, all rooted in classical Pilates principles.
Not sure which one's your vibe? Scroll for the breakdown.
CLASSICAL REFORMER PILATES
ERE's Classical Reformer Pilates classes stay true to the original repertoire, guiding you through time-tested reformer movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and control.
Whether you're perfecting the basics or progressing to more dynamic sequences, Classical Reformer Pilates keeps you engaged and challenged at every flexion, extension, and rotation. No matter your level, you'll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and ready for what's next.
Each level builds progressively, with an emphasis on proper form and steady progress. There's room to grow at every stage.
Best for: all levels, from Pilates beginners to experienced practitioners looking to refine technique.
SCULPT REFORMER PILATES
Sculpt Reformer Pilates blends the foundational principles of classical Pilates with dynamic, contemporary movement to build strength, endurance, and stability while toning muscles and deepening core engagement.
Expect longer sequences, hand weights, resistance bands, and energizing combinations that elevate your heart rate and bring on those signature Pilates shakes.
