Welcome to
your training playground.
ThREe rooms, endless ways to move.
The RIDE room fuels you with rhythm-based indoor cycling. The BUILD room offers low impact sculpting and heavy weight training. The ALIGN room offers Reformer Pilates to improve core, control, and alignment. Whatever you need, ERE has the space and energy to meet you there.

the ride room
The Ride room is all about rhythm-based indoor cycling. Sweaty, energizing, and built to move with the music. It’s cardio, yes - but it’s also connection, presence and a major endorphin release. Whether you’re new to the bike or already chasing that beat-drop high, we ride together, in rhythm.

New to indoor riding? You’re in the right place.
Here’s what you’re walking into:A 50-minute Rhythm Ride, meaning we ride to the beat of the music, quite literally. Try it out: throw on your favourite track and clap on beat. That’s exactly what we do, but on a bike, through your pedal stroke.
Every class is powered by a playlist built to push you, physically and emotionally. The room will be dark, the vibes will be high, and you’ll absolutely get something out of it. How much? That part’s on you.Hate it or love it, we promise a good time and a deep sweat.
-
You already know about the rhythm, the endorphins, the vibes, so what more can we tell you? Honestly? Not much.
Except for the fact that the air quality’s so fresh you’ll actually want to take those deep breaths and push even further. We’ve got a sound system Kaytranada would vibe with, lighting Beyoncé would approve of, and a team of coaches who are, humbly, some of the best this city has to offer.
At this point, you’ve just got to show up to see why you belong, in our studio, on our bikes, and in our community.
We can’t wait to ride with you!

the build room
The Build room offers four class formats, each designed to challenge you in a different way. Flow and Sculpt are low impact, music driven classes that focus on control, deep core engagement, and muscular endurance. Bonus: they’re done in infrared heat for that extra layer of connection. Strength and Power turn things up with heavier weights, resistance training, and full on athlete mode.

Infrared heated
Flow is our most seamless class built around continuous, beat-driven transitions. Rooted in Pilates, it focuses on core stability, balance, and body awareness using props like resistance bands and ankle weights. The burn: Comes from breath, control, and smooth tension.
Vibe: Fluid and focused. Like choreography for your deep core.
Good for: New movers, foundation-building, mobility, active recovery.
-
Here’s where progressive overload and classic strength work kick in. Still low impact, but challenging, this class focuses on form, slower tempo, and building real muscle. Everything is deliberate, and all levels are supported.
The burn: Comes from controlled effort and building tension over time.
Vibe: Slow, steady, grounded. You’re lifting with purpose.
Good for: Strength gains, form refinement, physical and mental foundations.
-
infrared heated
Sculpt builds on Flow by introducing strength endurance. It’s higher intensity, but still rooted in alignment and control. We use 5 to 8 lb. weights and time under tension to create a deep burn across full body. Less fluid, more fire, all to the beat of the music.
The burn: Comes from repetition, isolation, and steady challenge.
Vibe: You're lifting light, repping high, and feeling every second.
Good for: Starting strength training and sculpting.
-
Power turns up the intensity with heavier weights, compound lifts, and plyometrics. It’s fast-paced, high-output, and built to test limits. Think speed, agility, and full-body athleticism — without sacrificing form.
The burn: Comes from explosive output and high energy demand.
Vibe: Athlete mode. Big energy, max effort.
Good for: Pushing boundaries, training hard, building strength and cardio.

The Align room
The Align room is all about Reformer Pilates, with two distinct class styles. Our Classical Reformer Pilates classes stay true to the original method, focusing on control, alignment, and core strength through intentional sequencing. Our Sculpt Reformer Pilates classes bring a more contemporary vibe: think creative flows, added props, and an extra burn, all while staying rooted in Pilates principles.
Not sure which one's your vibe? Scroll for the breakdown.
