the build room
The Build room offers four class formats, each designed to challenge you in a different way. Flow and Sculpt are low-impact, music-driven classes that focus on control, deep core engagement, and muscular endurance. Bonus: they’re done in infrared heat for that extra layer of connection. Strength and Power turn things up with heavier weights, resistance training, and full-on athlete mode.

The Align room
The Align room is all about Reformer Pilates—with two distinct class styles. Our Classical Reformer Pilates classes stay true to the original method, focusing on control, alignment, and core strength through intentional sequencing. Our Sculpt Reformer Pilates classes bring a more contemporary vibe: think creative flows, added props, and an extra burn, all while staying rooted in Pilates principles.
