  • Rhythm Ride: The Indoor Cycling Class That Moves You

    What Is a Rhythm Ride Class?
    Rhythm Ride is a 50-minute indoor cycling class where your pedal stroke follows the beat of the music. Want a preview? Put on your favorite song and clap to the rhythm. That’s the vibe—except on a bike, surrounded by energy and motivation.

    What You’ll Get:

    • A high-energy playlist that drives the pace and sets the mood

    • Optional upper-body choreography to keep things dynamic

    • Low lighting, high vibes, and the freedom to ride your own ride

    • A challenge that’s emotional, physical, and fully yours to define

    What’s included:

    • Spin shoes

    • Hand towel

    • Good vibes

    You’ll leave class with something—whether it’s a breakthrough, a release, or just a really good sweat. How much you get out of it? That’s up to you.

BUILD

  • Rooted in Pilates, this class flows with the music — one smooth transition to the next. Add in some resistance bands and ankle weights, and you’re building strength, gaining flexibility, and firing up that core stability. It’s low-impact, but trust us, it’ll burn.

  • This class is all about building lean muscle and boosting endurance with high-rep, strength-focused movements. We incorporate Pilates foundations to enhance core stability and improve posture, sculpting and defining every inch of your body.

    You’ll hit that sweet spot where your muscles burn, but your core remains strong. And with consistent time under tension (TUT), you’ll feel the work long after class ends.

  • This class is all about lifting heavy and moving with intention. Rooted in resistance training, ERE Strength focuses on controlled, low-impact movements designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and fortify your foundation.

    We’ll push past limits with progressive overload, steady reps, and pure strength work—all powered by music that keeps you locked in. Expect to feel strong, steady, and unstoppable. All levels welcome, with room to grow.

  • This class is all about moving with intensity and purpose. ERE Power combines heavy weights, high-impact exercises, and compound movements to build strength, agility, and athletic performance.

    Fueled by a high-energy "beast mode" playlist, you'll lift, jump, and move dynamically—training for power in every rep. We go hard, but all levels are welcome, with options to challenge yourself at your own pace.

ALIGN

  • Get ready to feel the magic of the classics! Classical Pilates stays true to the original repertoire, guiding you through time-tested movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and control.

    Whether you're perfecting the basics or diving into more dynamic moves, this class keeps you engaged and challenged at every flexion, extension, and rotation. It’s the perfect balance of tradition and progress—no matter your level, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and ready for whatever comes next.

    Levels:

    Fundamentals: For beginners, focusing on alignment, breathing, and core engagement—laying the groundwork for your practice.

    Vol 1: Build on the fundamentals, improving coordination, balance, and strength through beginner to intermediate movements.

    Vol 2: Take your practice further with dynamic movements that require more control, balance, and precision, increasing the challenge without compromising technique.

    Vol 3: For experienced practitioners, this class introduces advanced movements that challenge strength, flexibility, and coordination, requiring heightened body awareness and precision.

    Each level progressively challenges you, ensuring proper form and steady progress. Options for growth are provided at each stage.

  • A perfect blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, ERE Sculpt X reformer combines the foundational principles of traditional Pilates with dynamic, modern movements to build strength, endurance, and stability while toning muscles and enhancing core strength

    Expect jump board sequences, hand weights, resistance bands, and energizing combinations that will elevate your heart rate and bring on those Pilates shakes.

    This class is recommended for members who have experience with Level 2 Fundamentals or above, and is not suitable for beginners.

    🔥 TLDR: A blend of classical Pilates and dynamic, heart-pumping movements—plus progressive load to build real strength, enhance core stability, and tone muscle.
